Pearl's Pool Care & Repairs is a trusted pool care company that utilizes a platform for all client management and communications. With service industries that rely on routine appointments, bookings can get complicated when clients cancel, reschedule, or feel misinformed by their technicians.

This product allows the client to sign into their pool care account, make/change/cancel appointments, update information regarding their contract, billing, contact information, and their pool information. It minimizes miscommunication, accidental scheduling errors, and helps the appointment-based business stay organized and improve their customer service.

MARKETING SITE

In order to increase the number of bookings, a marketing website must attract new potential clients, and evoke feelings of professionalism, trustworthiness, and hospitality. With Pearl's being a pool cleaning company in Hilton Head, South Carolina, the website needed to feel lux, but not intimidating.

THE PRODUCT

The branding and marketing design of Pearl's was done to be a host for a service-based business to use this online scheduling platform to ensure the highest level of customer service. This digital product can be utilized by other businesses and allows room for customization so each business can keep its branding consistent. In this case, Pearl's is using the platform with their brand colors, and information that is relevant to a pool care company.

The product includes four easy-to-navigate pages; Dashboard, Appointments, Updates, and Profile. All of these pages showcase the content in white "cards". This makes the information easy to find and digestible since it is all broken into different sections.

The client can log in to their personalized Dashboard to manage all information and appointments. Below are images of each page of the platform. They are designed to be simple and all information fits on the viewport without any need to scroll.
